June 1, 2023 - USA Hockey Officiating online registration website opens. Even though Arizona seminar dates may be visible on the USA Hockey website, you cannot sign up for one until after registering as an official, either on or after this date. 

 

November 1, 2023 - Returning Arizona officials MUST have ALL USA Hockey registration requirements completed in order to be eligible to officiate games. If all requirements are not done by this date, the official will immediately stop being assigned games, they will be marked inactive in the scheduling system, and must pay a $50.00 reinstatement fee to become eligible once again.

November 15, 2023 - All registration/certification material is due to the National Office.

November 30, 2023 - Last season's card and crest expires.

December 31, 2023 - Level 3 and Level 4 officials must be complete by this date in order to be eligible to officiate State, District tournament, or National Championship tournament games.

February 28, 2024 - Last day to fully complete seminar requirements and submit open book exam or retake exam. Last day for any registration requirements to be submitted.
